Zaira is about 4 years old, 9 lbs red Miniature Pinscher

Zaira is housebroken. She will let you know when she needs to go outside, if you do not have a doggie door. She is also crate trained and seems to have spent plenty of time in a crate and enjoys going in there to nap. She is a burrower and loves to burrow under the covers, or under a blanket or under a dog bed, or even under her foster mom’s pillow. She also loves to be held. She uses the doggie stairs to get on and off the big people’s bed and likes to sleep in the bed with her family.

Zaira enjoys the back yard and will wander around it and hang out there if the weather is nice and the door is open for her. She likes to sit in the sunshine and keep an eye on things. She is great with the other small dogs in her foster home, and also likes to play with soft toys.  Zaira was a bit of a fatty when she came to rescue, as she loves her food. Her new family will need to watch her intake, since she doesn’t. Her weight is coming off and she is looking and feeling good. She loves people, has never met a stranger and enjoys going for walks too.

Zaira is a really special, sweet and beautiful little girl and anyone or any family that adopts her will find out what a true joy she is. She is a perfect little girl and great dog and will make someone/family very very happy.
