Rooney was previously adopted out and from this we learned that he does not like being left alone while his person works. After six months he had not adjusted and was unhappy. Since returning to his foster home he is happy and well adjusted. Rooney gets along well with other dogs and is pet door trained and crate trained. He would thrive in a home with someone available to give him attention and stimulation. A work at home person would be perfect.

Rooney will not be placed in an apartment. There must be a pet door and a secure fenced yard e.g.: block or iron with spaces no more than 3 inches.
