Pants came to rescue from a vet office so we know little history.
We believe the breed to be a Soft coat Wheaten Terrier cross.

He has been in his foster home only a short time so we are not sure of his house manners. As with all youngsters he needs obedience training and lots of attention to his needs. He could also use a bit of grooming.

He is a sturdy fellow so a home with kids over 8 years will be ok.
He will need a home with a secure fenced yard.
 
A home visit is required. There is an adoption fee  - $300
