The elderly owner could no longer care for this little sweetie. The vet hospital took the responsibility of finding a safe place for her and that would be this rescue.

Her life has been sheltered so we are working on social skills It is amazing how rapidly Mejah is learning to get along in the big world. She is mastering the pet door, gets to meet lots of people without as much fear and likes little dogs though prefers foster mom's lap. She is on heartworm preventitive.

 No kids please but a nice quiet home with active adults would suit her well.
